Ridiculously low scores for PC2700?

I've got a stick of Mushkin 512MB PC2700 with the timings listed in the pic. I'm running an Athlon 1600+ AROIA oc'ed to a 151 FSb (Sandra reports 152) on a Soltek 75drv5 mobo (KT333). What's the deal with these low ass scores? Shouldn't I be getting something like 2500 on the Int score at least? Higher? I can't go beyond the SPD setings on the memory (166) with this mobo either, which is kind of a bummer...but still shouldn't I be getting better results for PC2700 memory?

I started testing mine at 9x166, it was 2357/2170.
The highest was 9x200, it was 2750/2522.
My SamieDTL 2700 256 at 9x166 was 2305/2164.

I'm not an expert but @ 151fsb that's about right..

The following tests were with a P4 1.6A so there will be some variation, but maybe you can use them to compare:
SiSoft Sandra

I don't think my board can adjust the memory to 3:4..

How do you "lock" the PCI?

I don't believe any Athlon boards have a PCI lock or a 3:4 memory timing ratio.

Ignore everything except the Memory Mhz speed and the Benchmark for that speed as comparisons.
