how do i update my bios?

ive gone to the asus website and tried getting bios ez flash and it wont work!!! i click on it to download and nothing happens! Am i doing something wrong here???Is there some other way to do it?? cuz this way seems the only way i can think of doing.

Its aflash you need anyway and if you want it i will send it to you i know it works i used it to put bios 1007 in!!!

what bios you got now?

i have the original bios i guess. seeing as how ive never updated my bios but i heard updating it culd help my overclocking

isent the program and the file 1007!

there is a bios 1008 but it deos do much more only one thing i think?
