need advice NOW ...help

Here's my problem... I just bought an ABIT BD7-RAID and a GAINWARD GF4 MX650Pro (basically a MX 460 twin view and video in)
I had trouble with beep codes on POST. One long beep and then 2 short beeps. (no display and then it would shut off.) It would work about 25% of the time and when it did the video card worked great... It always seemed that if I had to reboot or restart it would act up! I figured it was the motherboard since I had an old ViperII AGP card that it would do it as well. SO I RMA'ed the BD7 back and got a new one. It did it again. So now maybe it's the video card. So I sent it back and got my money back. I thought I could buy the ABIT GF4 MX460 which is, I think, the same but just ABIT Siluro on the side... but newegg.com no longer sells it. Hmmmm. Why? I've called ABIT but on hold toooo long so I emailed ABIT 2 weeks ago!!! No answer. I wanted to ask them if they've heard any incompatibility issuse with their motherboard and their AGP card. I figured if they make both then it should be compatible.I saw MSI has a card just like it, but don't know if MSI are very good.
I might have to go buy a card from my local store (and pay taxes) and see if I can prove that the mb is indeed OK. AHHHHH
I've made sure that the cards were 1.5volt since ABIT stresses that!
ANyone have the BD7 and if so what video card are you using. Is MSI worth checking out?
Thanks
I sucks I have to use an old PCI card now.

Try raising the IO voltage just a tad.

Save your money. The GF4 MX anything cards are not that good. For what you are about to pay, you can get a great GF3 Ti200. It has all the bells and whistles the MX is missing.

I've heard about doing that from ABIT website Q&A. but for a different mb. I'll try it.
I'm guessing that I go into my SoftmenuIII under "CPU powersupply" and change the "core" voltage or "dram" voltage.
I don't see any "IO" volt option,
Thanks
