Overclocked/no boot/reset?

I overclocked A AMD 2000+ on a KT3 Ultra Mother Board with XPos and now it wont even boot up aor let me in the set up for the bios.Any one no how i may reset the mother board to default sets or unplug all and start over? what should i do.

Reset the CMOS jumper on ur mobo. Look for it in ur mobo book.

Yea I did the same thing a few weeks ago, didnt know what to do. Its amazing that I accually looked at the manual for instructions.
