does any1 know how to rig the thermal senor fan so that it will run at max voltage always?

1. Strip the wires going to the thermistor and twist so the bare wires touch. or...

2. Cut off the thermistor and reconnect the 2 wires. or...

3. Extend the wires and stick the thermistor someplace warm.
