Has anyone bought this CHEAP Chaintech 7AJA2E? Is it good or bad?

As an Abit BH6/Intel Celeron hold out, I'm tempting to try the AthlonXP platform.

Looking to get my feet wet and don't want to spend lots of money, is this boad Chaintech 7AJA2E any goods?

You can find it real cheap, under AthlonXP motherboard in price watch......around $40-$50. Anything I should be aware of?

i've read in acouple posts that they work ok, but they do not overclock well at all.
