Besides Style XP, TGT Soft also offers another program, and this one is completely free. Click on "Download UXThemeUtil" at the TGT Soft website that Maxvla linked in his post.
Note that the instructions included in the download is very confusing. You might want to use TweakXP.com's instructions instead:

how do you get this to work? i got the .dll in there and rebooted but when i select a theme i get everything but the change in style.esit said:
i get backgrounds icons but my windows apearence is still flat
edit: i figured it out for this .net. you have to shut down the the themes service before you do it, then your all set.
