okey, first, i idled and did nothing for a few minutes
than i ran prime torture test!

these are the results from mbm :

IDLE

+3.3v > 3.25v
cpu > 1.63v
+5.0v > 4.95v
+12v > 12.46v

LOAD

+.3.3v > 3.23v
cpu > 1.62v
+5.0v > 4.89v
+12v > 12.52v

do u think these values can be the "bad link" in my oc?
cant get stable above 1.5ghz with my c2 1.2 tually

Your 12v line is too low. The highest acceptable dip below rated voltage is about 3%. That means under 3.20 for 3.3v, under 4.85 for 5v and under 11.64 for 12v can get you into trouble.

12V line too low? Those RisrullarNs volt readings show that 12V line is way over 12.00! Maybe you read it like "11.46 idle and 11.52" :)
