New drives...

Alright well I updated my drivers formy radeon 7000 32mb ddr vid card. I went to play some games and in 6x4 or 8x6 the screen shrinks for some reason. But if I play a game in 1024x768 then it's fine. When I play the games in the lower resolutions then screen does one of those things of when you go to high for the monitor frequency. It shrinks vertically so about the top 3rd and bottom 3rd shrink into the middle third. It basically compacts down into 1/3rd the screen size. It stays normal size from left to right but up to down it shrinks if you need more of a picture. I need help....


P.S. i got a 450proc, 512mb ram, windows 2k

Did you uninstall the previous drivers prior to installing the updated ones.

No....

Not good.... You should always uninstall old drivers or there might be some SERIOUS problems. You are lucky to have only that problem
