ok. this is something that has been bothering me for a few days now.

the icons to the left of the thread titles tell you various things.
one of which is which threads you have replied in, as signified by a small black dot.

why do i only get the small black dot on certain threads?
some threads i'll post in once and there'll be a dot. others i'll make a couple of posts and there's no dot.

that may not sound like much of a problem, but given the time difference between me and where most others are posting from, threads i post in are often pushed back a page or two, by the time i return to the forums. not having the black dot in the envelope makes it a bit harder to find these threads again. (i don't memorise every title. lol )

is this a common problem? or am i just lucky?

the dot shows that i have made a post. but it doesn't show up on every thread i have posted in as i thought i was supposed to do.

i have noticed them but they seem to go away if i close the browser and then open it back up and come back.
