P4S8X oc´able ??

So i bought a P4 2.26 NW an 256MB Corsair 3200 CL2 XMS

and looking forward to buy a P4S8X...

But what about ocing... has it a fix AGP / PCI

i really don´t know what Board i should buy...

it should have

+ sound onboard (5 channel - not AC97)
+ Raid
+ Lan
+ USB

PLEASE HELP ME... the P4S8X would be great... but i don´t know how good it is at overclocking... the Abit SIS648 only reached FSB 150 - 160 Mhz

It should come with IEE1394 too?

Has anybody this board and can make some statements about how high the fsb will go ?!

Or with which board i can get near 3 Ghz ?! (crazy)
