Does anyone know what exactly comes with the Windows 2000 SP3 and is it worth downloading?

Yes, it's worth it, although it took me 2.5 hours on 45.2K.

It fixed my dialup/driver problems and from what I've noticed adds a tab to "Add/Remove Programs" that lets you specify a few default programs. Bunches of bugs are fixed, driver issues are taken care of, definitely worth downloading.

I do know from experience that SP3 will cause Mcafee Virus Scan 5.0 not to work under Windows 2000. In order to fix this, you will have to buy Mcafee VS 6.0. This is all I know about SP3.

Er, sorry for the misinformation, it did NOT really fix the problem, I still have to query the modem before it works correctly.

It's a worthwhile download. I've been running SP3 since the early betas, and have had no problems.
