Question Pre-made fan shrouds

Does anyone else make these fan shrouds for a push-pull 120mm fan system other than D-Tek?

Why not make yer own Click me $5.00(home depot) for a piece of sheetmetal that will be big enough for at least six shrouds..

Chevette Heater Cores. The best fit is on the cores made by GoDan Industries.

I appreciate all the references to homemade shrouds and believe me, I wish I had the time and the skill. I have though seen all the ones you guys have built and I've been really envious.

If I can find a pre-made one that is reasonably priced, I'll buy it.

BTW, my heater core is 6"x6".

Nice job on the shroud Lothar5150.. I wanted to bend my shroud to fit the heater core like that too (where the shroud meets the HC)But unfortunately I didn't have the tools to do so..Did you use a break to make those real small bends??

I could be mistaken, but by the looks of it , I think that those are plastic vacuum formed shrouds (No detectable seam at the corners). BTW, nice job...

Maybe, I was thinking he soldered the seems and sanded them smooth..The first pic looks to be a final product and the second looks to be a primed version.. Wana fill us in on what these are made out of Lothar5150
