Question Help with 4G4A+


1, i wounder if somebody know if a PC3500 can
be used on the 4G4A+??

2, Can i use a PC3200 and overclock it?

i just got my board and i donīt know which memory to buy.
a PC3200 or a PC3500.

I don't know about PC 3500 but I am using 1 512MB stick of Corsair PC 3200 V2.1 in Dimm 2.

Hard to say.You will never reach those memory speed anyways with 3500.I would go with Corsair PC3200 cas 2 to be safe.The new Samsung DDR 400 is suppose to be awesome ram,but only available in 256 right now.The 512 stick should be out soon.

Ahh the Samsung IC are rev d 200Mhz rated at 3-4-4 though so they are slower than the rev. c.

I can tell you that on the EPox 4G4A+
PC 3300 can be done with 533 Mhz bus CPU.
But thats not offical because the board uses a i845G chip that offical support PC2100.
