I don't have all the details, just the quick answer.
A few posts down, you'll see a thread with quotes like
"Not all of the newegg 1600 XP's were Agoia Y 0213, some of us got Green Agoia Y 0212 chips."
"Agoia" is simpy the version (model) of an AMD chip, that and the dates can be used to identify batches of AMD chips. For example, the Agoia Y 0213 chips have been having GREAT success in overclocking. I think the 0212 have been doing ok, and that in general, the agoia Y tend to be newer and overclock well. Some of the older models (e.g. AGKGA) I don't think oveclocked as well.
If you go to the CPU database, you can see which models of the CPU tend to oveclock well. That's one of the great uses of the database, to find out which models / weeks overclock well, and then try to get one of these "good" models.
