you will need to look on the board for the clock generator IC chip. It is fairly easy to identify as it will be located next to an oval shaped metal componet aka a crystal. It will probably be somewhere near the cpu or northbridge. You need the pll code that is printed on this chip. If soft fsb does not support the IC in question, you can try CPUFSB or CPUcool. They're the same, but one has additional features.

Use the search function and you can pull up some posts that have pictures of the colck gen chip. Terms like softfsb, cpucool, or cpufsb should turn up said threads.
