wouldn't be able to tell you off hand.. bootdisk.com has a lot of great bootdisks tho
 
Best advice would be make a win98se boot disk then go to cnet or zdnet or the equivalent. On cnet I found a DOS based prog named readntfs that claims to allow read access to ntfs partitions.
There were two 'reviews' on the program page and both claimed success though I have yet to try it myself. Maybe that'll be my project for today;)

sonny, download the READNTFS.exe program dreamingwolf told you about...you can get it here ...I just tried it, and it works pretty good. It allows you to surf your HDD with an explorer-like interface from DOS.
