CoolBits reg question Umm Help!

I've never used the CoolBits reg tweak, could someone please give me step by step instructions. I copied and pasted "Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\NVIDIA Corporation\Global\NVTweak]"CoolBits"=dword:00000003" to notepad and named it Coolbits.reg, double clicked and the overclocking tab never showed up. Remember step by step little slow on reg stuff.

The url is wrong because there is a period at the end of the address. Delete the period to enter the realm of video OC goodness. Or just click the link in either takiwa's or my own signature.

Right click on the link below and choose save as. Then open the file and you will be prompted to add the file to the registry. After doing so, coolbits will be installed.
