unreal 2 personal server how to?

Can someone explain how to setup a computer to become a server for playing Unreal II. Please give details on these steps and then tell me how my friends area able to connect to it.

Its not out yet, why do you need a server?

i wasn't paying attention to the II after Unreal but what I really meant was Unreal Tournament and i want to use one of my seti machines to serve my unreal tournaments maps and the game from my machine to anyone i allow to connect to it.

Multiplayer -> Start New Multiplayer Game

Be sure to set an Admin password when configuring. You'll probably want to run it dedicated if you're not going to play on that comp.
