RAID Problems (A7V333)

When ever I plug a drive into the RAID controller my system leggs. I was running 1006bios, and now I am running 1011(Soon to be running 1012). But do anyone know how to fix this, or if the BIOS upgrade fixes it??

Can you explain that? I never heard of a system "legging" before.

it would run a little slower. but the main thing is aboit every 5 seconds it would freeze for about 2-10 seconds, it sucked big time.
