i installed redhat a few weeks ago and let it set up the ext3 partition it's self when it installed. Now when in load Partition magic from windows, I get the error message pictired below, should i let it fix it or what? I dont want to mess up XP or Redhat installations.

If partitionmagic supports ext3 then yes. Else no.

Hmm i dont think it does, it doesnt have the ability to create ext3 and it seems to think my ext3 partitions are ext2

oh no! now i have a real dilema on my hands. I need to resize a Fat32 partition but when Xp reboots and try to apply the changes it says "File system not supported" Any other tools i can use to resize the partitions? Preferably windows based as im still very unfamiliar with Linux
