Strong enough PS?

I'm building a computer for a friend and I just wanted to make sure the PS I'm thinking of using is strong enough. Here's what's goin' into the system:

XP 1600 (will be overclocked, expect vcore to be 1.9 to 2.0)
512mb pc2700 corsair
Epox 8k5a2+
120gb WD hdd
80gb WD hdd
16x DVD
40x CD-RW
GF4 Ti4600

I was thinking of using the Antec True480 or should I upgrade it to the 550?

I would think the 480 would be enough, but if you have the cash and the 550 is a good deal, go for that

Well I also noticed that there's a 430w model available too and that confuses me even further...do I need the extra 50-120W for his system?

Okay, I just placed an order with Newegg for a 550. Hopefully it'll work out okay. I'm concerned more with the 5v rail and stability. I don't want something that ranges from 4.75 to 4.95 like the PS in my system but would stay closer to 4.9 or 4.95v when under load.
