Raise...or Lower The multiplyer??

Hi guys, I've got a question about what to do after I unlock my
cpu. I just got a 2100+ and am getting ready to unlock it.
But after I do that, what is better?
Lower Multiplier, Higher FSB?
or
Higher Multiplier, and not raising FSB as much.

I've heard both ideas but never which was better or for
what reasons. Thanks!

guess thats what its there for hehe
