UT multiplayer help

will someone tell me if this IP is working to enter my server:
24.29.54.175

Thats the ip of my ISP using a 3Com 3C510 router to which i guess is what you need to make a connection. I can access this game via my LAN but i dont see it on the UT server lists. What am i doing wrong?
