gf2 200 to gf2 mx400 to quadro 2 mxr/ex?

yes really,i'm not sure what an mxr/ex is but i am guessing its better than the gf2 200 it was originally.

i had answered a thread about the quadro software hack and thought id like to try the new nvidia beta drivers.it had allready been hacked to gf2 mx400 so i downloaded the drivers and ran the patch.it read an error twice so i thought i'd give up,but i ran 3d mark and not oced or tweaked i got 2700+ points! as an mx 400 maxed out it only got 2900+ (second highest in its class at same mhz).i also checked sandra's open gl settings and all were green checked now.as a gf2 200 it scored only 1700 at default settings.sandra now reads the card as a quadro 2 mxr/ex nv11gl.

if you have the gf2 you might want to try this.one bad thing however is that sysmark 3d wont allow it to publish results as an error was detected, but it may keep those gf2's alive awhile longer.

for me it is a moot point because i have ordered an msi 64mb ti4200(can't wait),but others may try it on gf3's or whatever.
