WTF!!!! 4.7Ghz?!?!?!!?!?!?

hmm that almost seems unbelieveable.....3GHz yes 4.7?! not surea bout that....still the problem is that chances are the stupid multi is like 35 x 133 = aprox 4.7Ghz....which is fast but they should upgrade the bus and downgrade the multi...

Still amazing!

Actually, there was a 4.7GHz cpu at the intel developer forum. Intel had a cpu which had some high end cooling technology, ran at 4.1GHz stable, and was upped to 4.7GHz before crashing in XP. I read the story at anandtech.com

yeah, thats true, And i dont know why you wouldnt belive it...
Intel demos CPU's much higher than they can run on air all the time... The thing is, they dont tell us how it is cooled, all we know is that is it suppercooled.

People have been submitting 3Dmark scores with P4's at clock speeds around that for a while now also....
Due note that all users that have sumited a 3DMARK score with P4's clocked that high are using LN2......

Now what kind of cooling is intel using agian with that hand picked CPU?
