Just got myself som components and was trying to build a system.
Specs:
Soltek 75DRV5 Mobo
AMD XP2200 cpu
ThermalTake 9 CPU FAN
300w PSU
and so on....
The problem is that i cant boot!!! The cpu fan just spins in intervals when having the ABS II (anti burn system) enabled and there's no bios or nothing, no hardrives or cd-roms are making a sound.. Disabling the ABS II system removes the cpu fan problem but i have a black screen and i dont dare to boot because it's not recommended. I havent been able to see any bios as i dont think it will show up even with the ABS II system disabled.
Every setting on the mobo is at default.
Can someone help me with this issue ??
