If you had 2 mobos... such as the Shuttle AK35GT and the AK35GT2. Both of them are basically the same exact board... and im not completely sure on this, but lets they they both also had a 1/5 divisor.

The Gt has the 266A chipset, and the GT2 has the KT333.

Using the exact, specific, single processor, and all of the other components being the same, would the 333 OC better/faster than the 266A?

well, if you have an unlocked CPU and some HIGH performance RAM the KT333 would still have more chances of getting higher FSBs cause of the 1/5 divsor. if the KT266A mobo one too I'm not sure, they'd propably be pretty close... but my guess the KT333 would still win cause its a newer chipset with some new improved ways of communicating w/ southbridge, adding more performance to it.
Correct me if I'm wrong here/add more info if I didn't give enough
