Gigabyte temp monitoring

I have the Gigabyte GA 8IEXP motherboard, and I cannot figure out a way to monitor case and CPU temps within WinXP. I downloaded MBM5 but I cannot figure out sensors and stuff. I checked the mobo CD that came with it and there was no temp monitoring device that I saw, but I'll check again. Should there be a Winbond Hardware Monitor program like I have with my Abit NV7-133R?
