i think those at 1.7v stock or about that right??? well i dont oc wallamette... but for northies its been said that 1.7v is safe...
I would imagine not going over .2 for most processor is a safe zone... whats more important then alot of core voltage is cooling... the cooler your temps are the less voltage u will need to be stable... that might be somthing to think about rather how much core voltage.

well iy waznt bootin at 1.775 (1.72 with hardware mon) on 116 fsb so I set to 1.8 and in hardware monitor im gettin 1.74 and at 117 fsb :)
