kt333 board with x8 agp?

are there any kt333 boards available that have x8 agp?

Uhm.. don't thinks so, for 8X AGP you're gonna have to go for KT400

Tomshardware published a load of BS about the "KT333a" supporting AGP 8x, afaik though there is no such animal, it became the KT400. Tom made it sound like all KT333 boards would mostly be produced with the "a"

Are you reffering to VIAs rebadging the VT8368, KT400 NorthBridge, to replace the KT333CE, KT333 Northbridge? This shouldnt happen too soon I think since the VT8368 has different pin assignments making a simple drop in impossible. You just might want to take a look at the KT400 instead in a month or 2 after the initial bugs a fixed since there is more to it than just the lack of LIMITED 6:2:1 support. The VT8235, KT400 Southbridge, is a great improvement over the previous models, no more crackling of the audio & lower latencies plus no more data corruption issues.
