how do i save my config settings?

how do i save my config settings?


what file do i have to save to save my internet settings like the winipcfg settings? i have 98se

Winipcfg only tells you your current settings. It is reading them from a saved location in your network properties. It does NOT modify your IP address settings, only releases/renews IPs and flushes DNS cache.

The settings should be able to be changed in your Network Neighborhood properties.
