Cant log into Paypal - Router problem?

I havent been able to log into my paypal account for i dont know how long, but atleast a week, maybe more. When i click the login button it wont bring up the page. I just had a friend try it, and he was able to get to the username and password screen just fine. Im not sure if this problem started when i switched from dialup to dsl with a router, but it seems like it may be, although i dont know how. Any sugestions. The router is a Dlink 704p.

Well, it works when i connect directly to the modem, so how do i make it work through the router. I think i may call dlink tech support and bug them about it
