How to turn on Vsync with 40.71 dets in D3D

i think you cant, from the display advanced settings.
actually some of the previous versions already wouldnt allow it to be changed.
the default selection is AUTO, you can change it from the registry or from a tweak program. i recommend you to get Rivatuner that will allow you to modify almost every setting available in the driver. this is one of the best utility for ppl using nvidia video cards.
