Epox 8KLM2 & XP2200 for $214?

Is this a decent M/B? I have the 8KHA+ and XP1600 and I love it. Does the price sound good?

take a closer look, not may PCI slots for later expansion.

looks like a board for a smaller box (mini ATX).

prolly not for clocking, but should be fine for an everyday usefull 'puter.
