Searching for Proggie to read out core and mem speed of vga

Well, I use Powerstrip (yeah... it's a tweaking tool), but it seems to report the actual speed of my core/mem. You set the speed as an integer speed (300, 305, 298, ect), and then it will display the speed of the item (in MHz) accurate to 0.25MHz.

That, and some speeds my card will refuse to hit (I set the proggy to make the card do it), but when it comes back with the speed of my chip, it will report it as either as 1MHz slower or faster than I selected (since it dosen't like the exact speed I selected).
