unlocking mishap

I realized that my defogger accidnetally spread over, connecting an extra pin, I immediately used rubbing alchohol, which immediately cleaned most, if not all of the defogger off. I re applied the glue, only to find out that it seeped under the tape, covering all my pins. Basically what should I use to get rid of all this crap, so I can start over? Rubbing alchohol seems to work, but very veryy slowly. Next try I will probably use nail polish since it is easier to remove. What would best remove the glue?

try the nail polish remover, make sure it's not that "acetone free" kind, what you want is the acetone..

oh, and good luck

Do yourself a favor and use a crayon and conductive ink. I did this in 15min my first try. I also found that masking NEVER works. I did it all freehand and then used a needle to scrape any excess.

I got my pen for $15 at the electronics parts outlet in houston. Id bet these can be found much cheaper.
