The question is, what is your CPU, HSF, how many fans in your case and what temps are you running idle and load.
Please be as accurate as possible ....

well at the moment its a 2200 tbred@2002 [email protected]
im still looking for my sweet spot.(most stable at lowest voltage)
volcano7+ its ok
idle is 43c and 48c@load

fan on high.95% stability.im always running prime95 on it.burning in.only 5 days old

XP2000+, AX7 with 6200RPM delta fan (80mm) Std. Lian Li PC65 case with 3? fans, temperature difference from room idle is 17C and full load 21C (room temp can vary from 24 - 30C depending on whether air con is on)

XP1800+ @ 1833Mhz right now (11x166) 1.85v vcore, TT Volcano 9 @ 100%, AOpen HQ45 with 5 fans. Idle@45-47C load@55-59C

CPU Diode 43 idle 49 load (folding@home)
Chipset 24 - 26C

My stepping sucks. Getting an XP1600+ AGOIA Y later this week.

New System:

AGOIA Y XP1600+ @ 1750 10.5 x 166, 1.80 Vcore
CPU Diode 47 idle 53 load (folding@home)
Down to 2.5 case fans (oops, fried one runs half speed now. Lent the other out)

I have two:
XP1800+
Volcano 7
3 case fans
50 idle, 55 load CPU
chipset is usually around 30 (seems to vary more with room temp than with load)
BIOS 1004

XP2000+
Koolance pc-200 (always mode 3)
1 case fan
37 idle, 44 load
BIOS 1011

Most of the info you need is in my sig.
Fans : side cover 120mm and 80mm
2x6mm blowhole
80mm intake at front
2 80mm exhaust at the back
Antec psu has 2 80mm fans
and my hsf has a 60mm black Delta 38 fan

Diode: 50c load (Prime95)
Mobo: 36c

It's never idle so I don't know.

Idle I get 100 - 105
Load I get 105-109
Case temp is 101
