What MoBo??

I'm building a "close to" high end system for a friend.
I'm definately going with the Via KT-333 Chipset, and an AMD Athlon XP1600+ (NewEgg has a great deal going on them)
I'm gonna give him 512 PC3000 if I can find a good deal on it.
What i need to know is what is a good motherboard?
Obviously ABit, Soyo, and Iwill make nice boards but whats a good mid to high end MoBo with good specs for a reasonable price. . like to stay below 125 but can go 150 if i need.

My suggestion would be to get an Epox board with the KT333. This is a well-known quality brand, and its boards have proven themselves as far as stability, overclockability, and performance.
