Old Graphics card help needed

I have to choose between three outdated cards, just to get by on until the person can afford a beefier card. All it really needs to do it play Counter-Strike. here are the choices

16 Meg Voodoo 3 2000
32 MB Viper II Z200
32 MB Matrox G2+

Id go with the 32 MB Viper II Z200, its not a too bad of a card. Second would be the VooDoo 3.

Anyone know where I could find XP drivers for the Viper??
