installing network neighborhood

hey im at a friends comp runnin win ME and im tryin to connect it to a network through his other winxp pro comp. The xp pro comp already has it connected. The problem is that ihe HAS to do all this stupid customization of his desktop..and in the process...gets rid of the Network Neighborhood icon...and i can't find it ever with a search...how do i reinstall this?...i think i can get it once i have that handy little utility.......thanks a lot

Just go to settings/control panel.

It will still be in there.
