There was a long thread about this a while ago. The conclusion that I gathered was:

If you are not overclocking and want Ti4200 speeds, this is for you.

If you are into the overclocking (like most of us), this card has really bad oc potential, and you should look into one thats desgianted "Golden Sample."

I just got one of those from Newegg. So far with stock cooling (I do have a 60MM case fan blowing on the top of the card) I'm running it at 297/600 with no problems. With my 8K3A and my XP1600 (@1.775) I got over 12,000 on 3DMark yesterday. Ramsinks coming soon.

Leadtek makes great cards too.

I have 2 of them. Try out the Gforce Ti 4200 A250LE. 64mb

I am running it at 300mhz GPU from 250mhz and running the memory at 605mhz.

The second one doesn't clock that great because of my mods... it runs at 287 mhz GPU (same numbers as the Nissan 350z Hp spec)
and at 615mhz DDR.

Good card. Make sure if you check out Leadtek A250LE, that it has the Hynix memory. 139 dollars at Mwave and Newegg.

But the gainward has a beter price...

I had problems w/ that gainward gf4 ti4200 64mb model. Kept on getting the pink and green artifacts and constant lockups even at only slight overclocks. RMAd it and very happy w/ my MSI GF4 ti4200. just check out my sig and see how wells it's doing.
