LED's on 8K5A2

well i got this board a couple weeks ago
then i started haveing problems
didnt notise it till a few days later but the LED'd on the board are always on FF
anybody have an idea why?
im thinking the motherboard is dameged cuz i have takin out all of the cards and put em back in
this the cpu may be it or what?
spec are as follows
XP1600 AGOIA (stable at 1850 till this started happening)
2 sticks of kingmax PC3200
gainward Gf4 ti4200 64mb
netgear NIC
hercules game theater XP 6.1
with a 480watt PS

i have an epox 8kha+ and the leds read ff it is ok i called epox and they said that is what it supposed to read.

think it may be the cpu then?
cuz it wont let me run it at the 166mhz bus no more
and i used to run it at 176Mhz fsb
with water im sure it woulda been stable at 1950Mhz also cuz it was almost there with just this ax7

ok guys heres a update with this
it turns out that nothing is wrong with my system at all
im now back running at 1850Mhz stable and it was all because i was using the 40.xx drivers with my gf4 card
i changed back to the 30.xx drivers and everything works great
so to any of u people out there that are having stablity problems with your OCing switch back to the old drivers and see if it helps

Thanks for the info, spoonman. I'm getting a GF4 soon, and I'm looking at a MOBO upgrade to KT333, so this definitely is helpful.
