K7V WON'T boot at 133fsb!

I am so close to throwing this thing out the window.
I just put together my 2nd system, and it's giving me a real headache.
It will not let my Athlon XP2000+ run at 133fsb. I flashed the bios and it still does it.
It only boots at 100fsb. When setting the multiplier manually, it doesn't have the option for 12.5x What is the deal here?
If I can't figure this thing out today I am returning it for sure.

nevermind, I returned the piece of junk. The tech support sucks, no one could answer my problem and the LAN port was defective as well.
I got myself an Asus A7V333 and hopefully you guys have better luck with your Soyo's
