USB connectors on kx-7 mobo

I have frontside usb ports on my case , and i know that I have the usb 2 connectors on the motherboard. However i do not know which goes to which on the connection. The manual gives the diagram such as VCC0 VCC1 Data 0 Data 1- Data 0+ Dat 1+ GND, GND No pin GND.

I have no idea what these correspond to on the wires. Is it the red wires go to the GND , which is ground , but how about all that other stuff, would it matter. Or should i just plug away .

thanks
