LCD Screen Protector

I recently acquired a Nomad Jukebox 3, but the previous owner had removed the original plastic LCD cover from the screen.

I want to prevent any scratches to the screen, so I was wondering if anyone here has ever made custom adhesive plastic LCD screen coverings to protect things like PDAs that I could use for my NJB3.

Any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated.

I did see a site selling screen protectors but he charges $10...I'm sure I or perhaps a generous person with the right material can make one for very cheap...

1/32" sheets of clear vinyl should do the trick. Should be pretty cheap at a craft store. That or just use some saran-wrap.
