SCSI confused

I have a adaptec 2960uw it has a 68pin and 50 pin internal and 50pin out. I saw a deal on a SCSI hard drive but has a 40pin SCA I never heard of it. I know you can use an adapter for 68,50 and a 80 pin one but the 40 pin?!?! this is FibreChannel would it work on my adaptec card?

Nope.

You need a Fiber Channel SCSI card to hook up that drive.
