Question P4PE twos sticks work, three NO


this is the second board, rma'd the other because it would not run three sticks of Good tested memory, 2100, two samsung, and one mushkin, all 512's..... could it be the power supply guys and gals>?? I just added the new AUDIGY 2 Platinum and maybe it is takling too much power, that is all I can think off. New board.......

P4PE 2.53
1042 mem 2100
geforce 2/200
100gig IBM 7200rpm
60gig Maxtor 7200rpm
Audigy 2 Plat, kicks...on 4.1 speakers, ...

On some mb, they wont run three double sided memory sticks, they will take two double and one single sided modules.

It's an electrical issue. For best DDR stability two sticks is often the limit. There are exceptions, but...

how does you p4pe fair as far as overclocking goes. I read one review that said it couldn't get the fsb past 140 without running the mem ratio 1:1. Do you have this problem too ?
