Yes, it means that this browser, is really, really, really, cool. Or in other words, if I was speaking in leet speak I would say "Pwns", or plus a whole lot of other crap.

actually, 1337 speaking was developed in the late 80's early 90's when irc and newsgroups would delete "bad content" or ban people from servers, so hakkers alike would start beating around it by creating a polymorphic language. the last of it, now pwned, pwn, et cetera. is just purely ego.

this started around when 1200 baud was a upgrade!

yeah phoenix is great it's basically a slimmed down version of Mozilla, and best yet you don't even have to install it. All you do is untar the tarball and go into the phoenix folder and type ./phoenix and voila there it is for you to use.
