Why is this happening?

I have a MSI KTV4 and sometimes and I find the BIOS settings very picky. A lot of times Ive had to open the case and reset the damn jumper.

What happens is the Monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc dont load up. All I am doing is changing the fsb. Why is this happening? Does odd fsb configurations cause this?

This situation is indicative of a poor power supply. Either the psu is too small for the system or its not giving enough power to the 5V line.

Are you using a USB Keyboard and mouse? The USB is the first thing to go with a FSB overclock.
